Sewing Line
Description: More than a hundred patterns sewn together form a complete seat cover. A complete set comprises of six pieces. Rear seat cushion and rear seat back, Front seat cushion and Front seat back for Driver and Passenger. Perfection in sewing depends as much on the dual feed Mitsubishi machines as it depends on the skill of the operator. Ready seat covers wait on the FG racks to be pulled by the assembly shop.

Description: Front Back Frame is manually welded into a frame for the final seat assembly.
Spot Welding Gun
Description: Multiple Wires are welded into frames by portable Spot-Welding.
