History

In 2013, Thal Limited joined hands with Toyota Boshoku and Toyota Tsusho in order to amplify the range of its portfolio in auto industry. Since then, it has endeavored to effectively build a competent environment of passionate individuals to deliver the highest quality products to the end consumers.

With its sophisticatedly designed plant and modern technologies, it is moving forward to becoming a top manufacturer of auto parts industry.

We aim and work conscientiously to build a better future for not just Thal Boshoku but also, the society and our country. With continuously adapting to the modern environment and practices, we believe in continuous improvement (Kaizen philosophy).

5-S Culture

We are commited to promote a 5-S culture in which we Sort, Straighten, Shine, Systemize and Sustain. It’s mandatory to participate in 5-S training and give department wise monthly 5-S rating.

Thal Boshoku has been determined to creating a safe environment for all its employees by thoroughly following all HSE (Health and Safety Environment) compliances. HSE team provides proper training, awareness workshops, and practices to ensure all standards are followed accurately.

For the sake of giving back to society, Thal Boshoku in accordance with the House of Habib involves itself with several CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities by affiliating with different non-profit organizations.
